Tenaga...Powering Up The Stock Price

Technically, Tenaga looks set to make a run soon. Hence, I have picked up Tenaga-CP today trying to make the most from the anticipated rally.

This call warrant has an exercise price of RM7.80, a 10:1 conversion ratio and an expiry date of 10/03/2011.

At 0.145, the call warrant has a premium of 6.1%. Assuming Tenaga share price could easily reach 10, this warrant should at least worth 0.22. The caveat, of course, is the run has to take place before the expiry date...There is a fair bit of risk in this trade.
